6 Months Craftmanship Assurance
What is Covered? (We will fix this for free)
Sole Separation: If the bottom sole completely peels away from the top part of the shoe.
Stitching Breakage: If the threads holding the different parts (the welt, the upper, or the inside lining) come apart or break.
Material Flaws: If there is a fault in the leather or lining that makes the shoe weak or stops it from holding its shape.
What is NOT Covered? (This is normal wear)
Normal Wear & Tear: Damage from accidents, misuse, or getting the shoes too wet.
This includes scuff marks, heel drag (wearing down the heel from how you walk), or bumps.
Outsole Wear: The natural process of the rubber or leather on the bottom wearing thin from walking.

What is the service?
You can change the color of your shoes one time within the first 12 months of buying them, and it is free of charge.
How do we change the color?
Our experts will carefully do three things:
Strip the old color off the leather.
Clean and prepare the leather so it's ready for a new finish.
Dye the shoe again with a brand new, solid color you choose.
Why is this great for you?
You get two pairs of shoes for the price of one. You bought one premium shoe, but now you have two different looks!
If your original shoes were a light color, we can easily change them to a beautiful darker color.
If you change them to a very dark color like black or deep navy
we will give them a complimentary mirror-shine polish to make them look extra rich and deep.
This service shows how much we value the high quality and craftsmanship of our best shoes.
Cemented Construction
This is the most common and fastest way to make a shoe. The sole is simply glued (cemented) directly to the upper (the top part of the shoe) using a very strong adhesive. No stitching is involved in attaching the sole.

Construction
Requires over 100 meticulous, manual steps using highly skilled
artisans for the crucial 360-degree stitching.
The price reflects complex craftsmanship and long-term investment value.
Includes premium materials like a leather welt and natural cork filler
(which molds to the foot).
The cork layer creates a personalized footbed after a short break-in period.
